Summer Glau has been a popular American actress for years. Her most famous roles include River Tam, in Firefly (one of the best-reviewed TV shows) as well as Cameron of Terminator. Selena Quintanilla......................Selena was born April 16 1971 in Corpus Christi Texas . She was the youngest of three children born to Marcela and Abraham Quintanilla. Selena began her career in music when she was eight year young. Her father formed the band. The band was composed of Selena along with her elder siblings Abraham junior who played the base guitar and Sister Suzette who played the drums and Selena sang in the group. The band was called Selena Y Los Dino and Selena would be performing with her siblings in different wedding fairs, bars, restaurants and many other places. Selena The Los Dino band was a very demanding band for Selena and her siblings. As a result, they didn't have a lot of an opportunity to develop into adults. Abraham senior was a member of the original band called Los Dinos. Selena Y Los Dinos began to be formed in the year 1981. It was a family's business, and also the principal source of revenue for the Quintanilla family. Quintanilla's parents persevered throughout the beginning of financial hardships. Selena Y Los Dinos achieved fame throughout the western states by the end of the 1980s. Selena won the Female Vocalist award and the Performer's Year award at the Tejano awards in the year 1986. From then on, Selena Y Los Dinos were among the top performers each year and earned popularity and recognition. They've appeared on a variety of Spanish TV shows such as El Show De Johnny Canales Siempre En Domingo, and Sabado Gigante.
