Keerthy Suresh

Keerthy SURESH (born on 17 October 1992) is an extremely popular Indian actress. Keerthy appears in Tamil films as well as Telugu movies, as well as a couple of Malayalam. She received the National Film Award for Best Actress for portraying the role of actress Savitri in her role in the Telugu movie Mahanati (2018). Also, she has received three SIIMA Awards as well as an Filmfare Award South. Keerthy Kumar is the child of filmmaker G. Suresh Kumar, and actress Menaka G. Suresh. She started her career as a child actress in the early 2000s and returned to films after studying fashion design. The first time she starred in a leading role was in 2013's Malayalam movie Geethaanjali. She went on to star in successful films such as Ring Master (2014), Rajinimurugan (2016), Remo (2016), Bairavaa (2017), Nenu Local (2017), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Mahanati (2018), Sarkar (2018), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Penguin (2020), Miss India (2021), Good Luck Sakhi (2022) and Sarkaru Vaari Paata (2022). Keerthy began her first Malayalam projects, and then began to work on projects in Tamil at the same time. The film she released was her debut, A. L. Vijay's romance comedy Idhu Enna Maayam, in 2015. The film was starring Vikram Prbhu. The film did not turn out to be successful at the box-office. To accommodate more ambitious projects, she needed to pull out of films she had started working on. They include Krishna's Maane Thaene Paeye and as Deekay's Kavalaivendam. She then worked in Rajini Murugan's Remo and Remo in two film. Also, Dhanush and she played leading roles on Prabhu Solomon's Thodari. The film was delayed, and reports indicate that Janakitho Nenu is expected to release in September 2020. In the year 2016, Nenu Sailaja, starring Ram Pothineni, was her debut. In January 2017, Keerthy appeared in Bairavaa, opposite actor Vijay and produced by Bharathan.
